It is a construction of the year 1985, well preserved and with a successful decoration. You enter directly into a spacious living room with a fireplace. In front of the door there is a terrace of 20 m2 with barbecue, and that offers an excellent view to the sea and the mountains of the area. The house has a recently renovated kitchen equipped with an American coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
